Appointments

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding any of your concerns, and medical conditions.

Please alert therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, or any other health ailments.

 

During your treatment be sure to let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist.

 

Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.

 

Cancellations

A minimum 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Sepheryn reserves the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service should this policy be disregarded.

 

Payment

We accept cash, checkjh and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. At the time of booking an appointment, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation; payment will not be processed until check out.

Gift Certificates

To purchase a Certificate please call us at (708) 771-5971 or purchase a Certificate at our location.
Certificate must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honored.
Gift certificates are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Please use before expiration date of certificate.
